What is the Alphabet Diet?

I’ve been getting a bunch of questions about the diet.  Here’s my attempt to answer them:

What is the Alphabet Diet?

The AD is a diet where you eat and drink a different letter each day.  For me, I’m going to spend one day on the A’s and the next on the B’s and so on.

Why would you do this?

My mom always used to tell me, “variety is the spice of life,” and now I can really put that advice to use in my meals.  It’s also an answer to all those other diets that seem way less fun

Plus, you can’t ask this question to waitresses that often:

What are the rules?

Are you really doing it?

I’ve already done it.  Or at least, i’m in the middle of it right now.  It’s totally doable and I highly recommend it.
