Making my way through the Alphabet Diet

The ‘C’ day is a bit easy. I decided to challenge myself this morning and not just do cereal. Instead, as you’ll see below, i’m eating Carmel Coffee Cake:
Finishing off my day of ‘B’ with an amazing dinner at a downtown burger joint. I had Buffalo Bold Boulder Beer to drink. For my entree, i had a Buffalo Burger with a side of broccoli. A great day indeed.
I’m excited for today.
Here’s what i have lined up: A bagel this morning, a burrito for lunch and a buffalo burger for dinner. This is definitely one of the best days of the whole month. Look for a post later today with updates.

I love eating on ‘S’ days. The amount of things you can eat is great and not just bad things. You can have steaks, salami, spinach, sweet potato fries and more. What a glorious day.
The ‘D’ day is one of the hardest days to do. I highly recommend you find the local Chinese restaurant and inquire if they have any type of dumplings. Soup dumplings are the best. It’s one of the only good ways to go on the ‘D’ day.
The P day was ridiculously great. With pizza, potatoes, pasta and others, the ‘P’ day is a breeze. As you can see, I really went for the pizza.
The next day (today) has been a fun day with the Q’s. People generally assume that there’s nothing out there to eat for the Q’s. Thankfully the Quesadilla has solved that problem for me. There are so many kinds, flavors and sizes that i could go a whole week on the Quesadilla diet (hmm – not a bad idea).
Now the weekend of R and S’s might be tough. I’ll let you know how it goes
